Wow!Men's fashion has come of age!Trust me female hormones were raging on the red carpet as we saw men dressed to kill in all kinds of suits.Here is the truth, especially for us ladies,nothing is as beautiful as a man in a well tailored suit.My goodness!
So, to have all these men look this nice and in one place was certainly breathtaking!Lets look at a list of those who slayed the most,shall we?

The Abryanz Style and Fashion awards ceremony that took place on the 9th of December is fast becoming one of the most glamorous events on the African continent.Each guest in attendance put their best fashion foot forward as they displayed talent, creativity and a keen eye for fashion.

It was quite hard coming up with a best dressed list but I have no choice,haha. Below is my list of the ladies that made a grand effort to look good.Everything from the hair,to the nails and makeup was put into consideration.The list is in order of the most dressed to the least.

Socialite Zeinab Sonia has had her fair share of fashion police this year.The thing with her is that she loves to experiment.Sometimes she gets it really wrong and other times she is on point.

I especially love how she rocked this gold and white two piece,it showed off her God given beauty in all its glory and that face beat..my oh my,it was for the gods.

From the looks of it,white is definitely her colour and this outfit was made for her.

Last weekend,we were treated to the very lavish wedding of city tycoon SK Mbuga and wife,Vivian Birungi.

Besides all the pomp and drama that came with the wedding,what blew me away was Vivian's stunning hairstyle; a ponytail that showed off her beautifully sculpted face.You see,Vivian has this uniquely shaped face that a high ponytail does such great justice to in comparison to other styles

THE MANY FACES OF FASHION DESIGNER CYNTHIA MUNWAGARI BEFORE AKENA DEATH SCANDAL

According to a source,Cynthia Munwangari was doing well with her career as a fashion designer, before she was charged as an accomplice in the famous murder case of NGO worker,Kenneth Akena.

The victim, Akena is said to have scratched the car of the accused Matthew Kanyamunyu who responded by shooting at Lugogo shopping mall parking yard.Cynthia is reported to have been in the car with Mathew when all of this happened.

The city tycoon's much awaited wedding to a little known Vivian Birungi will take place this Saturday at the Kampala Serena Hotel.But as we await the big day,there have been a series of lavish events leading to the big day,all of which have worked to build anticipation from the public.
One was Vivian's bridal shower that took place a few days ago and most recently, the groom's Kasiki/bachelor party that went down yesterday.
What caught my attention was the way the groom was sharply dressed for the night club event.You would imagine he would show up in a simple shirt and jeans like other men do,but no, this is SK Mbuga!!!!
Instead, he and his best man, pulled all the stops in designer blue suits and matching bow ties and made a grand appearance in a Ferrari.Hot or too much?

Fashionista and glamour girl Rasheedah Mwiza aka Miss Shee recently turned a year older.And to celebrate, she invited a small group of her socialite friends for her Gatsby themed birthday party.
As expected they were all dressed to kill in pearls,fur ,fascinators,sequins,you name it.
While her guests were mostly dressed in black,the birthday girl chose to stand out in a short peachy mermaid dress that was hemmed with feathers.She then accessorised with a fur stole and completed the look with red curls.
Every detail was made to perfection, a reflection of the birthday girl's stylish and fabulous personality.

White also happens to be Desire's favourite colour and to say she wore it well would be an understatement.

Jennifer Lopez brought the heat to the Latino grammys red carpet in a black see through jumpsuit that left very little to the imagination.

She finished off the look with a blonde weave.

Desire Luzinda seems to have grasped the idea that celebrity and glamour is a full time job, and this year, has given us something to talk about with both her daily and red carpet outfits.

At the Afrima Awards that took place in Lagos about 2-3 weeks back,she was quite the sight in this stunning black dress but unfortunately I failed to get a proper hold of nice pictures of it, then.

And to make matters worse,she kept teasing us with bu videos of the dress and not the pictures.

Imagine the frustration!

Anyways, she finally unveiled the gold and black dress, a few days back, and it is everything!!!!

.If only she had accessorised with a smaller clutch,you know, those bu round clutches...but either way I love Desire and I LOVE this dress.

Red carpet fashion in Uganda has come of age.We are suddenly waking up to the fact that the red carpet is a serious platform that can quickly elevate or diminish anyone's status in society.

As it was at the premiere of NTV's Second Chance Rendition,we had our local stars put on their best attire and flaunt it on the red carpet.

In my usual fashion,I bring you the best and, of course, worst dressed of the night.

She came,she saw,she conquered.The media personality and now actress, slayed in a grey backless v neck chiffon dress as she attended the premiere of the series, NTV second chance, in which she boasts of a major acting role.
The event that took place at the Serena on Monday was a meeting point of talent and elegance.
And as one of the main actresses,the 22 year old beauty dressed the part and we are in awe.

As co-host of the 2016 MTV Africa Music Awards,Bonang Matheba wore, not one but, 6 fabulous designer outfits.

The South African media personality is one of the most popular entertainment figures across the continent and is beloved for the way she emcees and presents both on TV and Radio.

Last night was all glitz and glamour at the 2016 MTV Africa Music Awards in South Africa.The red carpet event was attended by musicians and entertainers from all over the continent,all of whom brought their fashion A game.

The host of the night, Bonang Matheba, Nomzamo Mbatha and Yemi Alade each had several outfit changes that kept the guests wowing.

Who slayed and who failed?

Sheebah Karungi was nominated in the MTV Awards for the first time in the Best Video Act with her song Kisasi Kimu.

Although she lost the award to Congo's Youssoupha atleast her outfit left a mark on the Mama's red carpet.

The red sparkly two piece was young,fun, edgy and oh so sexy!

She did not come to play,she came to slay,y'all.Am not sure about the shoes and that choker ,but the hair and that dress are goals.Love love love.

TEN DESIGNERS ,TEN OUTFITS:SEE ALL THE FASHION FROM THE 2016 SEED SHOW FASHION COMPETITION

The designing competition featured over ten upcoming designers all of whom had been required to convert organic substance into fashionable clothes.

The runway was therefore the finale of what had been an entire season of learning and hardwork.

Ras Kasozi the founder of the seed show had this to say,''This year we took the designers to Bukomansimbi Organic Tree Farmers Association and they saw purposes of the Ficus tree (Mutuba) and they converted whatever they saw into garment.''

It was on the basis of this that their creativity was judged.

The winner was 17 year old Charles Brown Douglas who designed the green and brown men's suit below.

This has to be my favorite outfit from yesterday's Seed show at 'The Kampala Fashion week.''The seed show is a fashion competition among upcoming designers organised by Ras Kasozi in conjunction with the US embassy.
Although she did not win the competition,Ruth's outstanding outfit certainly left an impression on the guests.
I see myself wearing it to a red capet event or something.Good job Ruth!

CIARA DAZZLES IN BLACK JUMPSUIT AMID REPORTS SHE IS PREGNANT WITH BABY NUMBER TWO

Ciara looked stunning in a black peplum-like ensemble which strategically covered her stomach for an appearance on Live With Kelly! in New York City.

This only fueled reports she is pregnant with her second child. Two sources do tell E! News the 30-year-old is expecting.

"Ciara is pregnant and is so excited to be a mom," one source told E! News. "Russell [Wilson] would like to have two to three children. They both would like a big family.".

MISS UGANDA AND SOME OF THE PRACTICAL WAYS WE CAN DO BETTER WITHIN OUR BUDGET

Miss Uganda has had its shares of ups and downs that include but are not limited to lack of sponsorship and government support.

As one friend of mine pointed out today,the Uganda audience is exposed to global pageants that literally cost millions of dollars.

And yet our Ugandan market cannot afford to support that kind of investment, so we are kind of stuck with what we can pay for.

I must therefore applaud the leadership of Miss Brenda Nanyonjo for ensuring the sustainability of this our pageant within the limited means afforded to her.
But as is with every challenge,there are lessons to learn.

Here is my two cents on how we can be better, within our budget ofcourse.
