If you are a sucker for a healthy skin like me,here are a few tips on how to maintain that youthful glow.

1. Drink plenty of water. 

Even with a small amount of dehydration, your body functions in a less normal way. The minute you are dehydrated, it will take a toll on your skin, causing it to look dull, flaky, saggy and loose.So my advise to you is to drink, drink and drink as much water as you can get your hands on.

2. Eat healthy food

Eating fresh fruits and vegetables allows antioxidants into your diet, making your skin beautiful from the inside out.

3.Opt for natural skin products. 

Many skincare products contain harsh chemicals. When choosing moisturizers or makeup, research the ingredients in them the best you can to confirm that they're safe.

4.Avoid sugar

This is one tip that I live by.Too much sugar in general is not good for your health.It leads to damaged collagen and elastin, which cause wrinkles.

5.Moisturise your skin

Find a moisturiser that best suits your skin, and make sure to use it twice a day.

6. Exercise. 

It increases the circulation of oxygen and nutrients and releases toxins through sweat, which leads to clearer, firmer skin. Remember to smile. It’s the best exercise for your face.
