The Tanzanian runway queen who has since given birth to a baby boy was the picture of perfection in these pregnancy pictures she took a while back.

Millen, who, has appeared in some of the world’s most prestigious fashion shows in Africa, Europe, America and Asia, and has worked with leading designers such as Ralph Lauren and Karen Millen has been openly battling with fertility problems.

Her pregnancy therefore came  as a source of relief to her fans and friends.

Also as per her usual style,they were fresh flowers in sight.
