Zari Hassan has announced the termination of a deal with Divine Resort and Spa after raunchy photos she took at the facility were leaked.
The 42-year-old Ugandan socialite, and mother of five, was seen in a series of viral photos with her younger lover Shakib Cham Lutaaya kissing and cuddling amorously in a swimming pool.
Responding to the viral photos in a lengthy Instagram video, Zari revealed that the photos had been shared by the hotel's official photographer, Daville, without her approval and further directed the management of Divine Resort and Spa to delete all the photos shared; failure to which she would take legal action and seek compensation.
Part of her legal statement read as below:
"8Trakk Group (Zari's legal entity) terminates the agreement with the Divine Resort and Spa signed on 17th October 2022 due to the photographer breaching one of the clauses: "Photos and Videos to be used will need to be approved by Zari".
